Stephen Back

Stephen is MPPG's Director, and Property Strategist. His primary role is to work with clients to achieve their goals in property, provide solutions and oversee the management of the property portfolio. This includes dispute resolution and attendance at VCAT.

Stephen entered the real estate industry in 2007 due to his passion for real estate investment and property management. He has managed all manner of properties, assisted clients with property sales, acquisitions and development and is a skilled negotiator. Additionally, he prides himself in his knowledge of the legislation covering both commercial and residential tenancies.

Stephen owns several investment properties and is a firm believer in creating wealth through property. He treats every property managed by Mornington Peninsula Property Group as if it were his own.
