What happens next?

MPPG takes care of everything; we contact your former agent, obtain and review the files, transfer the bond, collect keys and liaise with the tenant.

Your property is appointed a Property Manager and they will be in contact to welcome you and your renter.

The whole process of transfer takes approximately one week.
