Rental Process

At MPPG, our application and screening process has been designed to ensure we match the correct renter with each property we manage.

After feedback from rental providers and renters we have refined our process to give all parties involved the best experience possible.

Open for inspections are often too hurried and too crowded for Leasing Consultants to speak with each renter and find out their specific needs. Couple this with inspections being held at times which are often inconvenient and only for short periods of time, you have renters who are stressed and Leasing Consultants with a pile of applications to wade through.

At MPPG, our Leasing Consultant’s sole focus is finding a suitable tenant to the properties we have available.

They work with renters to find a property that suits their needs, often referring renters to off market properties. This reduces vacancy rates and approval times due to pre vetting.

Our Leasing Consultants receive daily feedback on properties for lease which gives us the most up to date market insights on the Mornington Peninsula.

How it works

1 All renters provide us with an application so that they can be considered for properties currently on market and other upcoming properties. This often results in renters securing a property which suits their needs off market.

2 Our Leasing Consultants consider suitable properties for renters needs, based on their application and will organise a private viewing. Private viewings allow for renters to see the property at a mutually agreeable time, no waiting in long lines vying for attention at busy open for inspections.

3 Specific feedback and in depth discussion regarding the property and the renter’s needs can be given to the Leasing Consultant at the private inspection and from there they can seek approval or be referred to a different property which may be more suitable for their requirements.

During the private inspection, our Leasing Consultants can receive detailed feedback and engage in a thorough discussion about the property and your rental requirements. Based on this information, the Consultant may either seek your approval for the rental or suggest a more appropriate property that better suits the renter's needs.
