Lauren is a licensed estate agent and has over 17 years of experience in the industry. Having managed residential, commercial and holiday rentals over her career, Lauren prides herself on her commitment to hard work, listening and follow through.

Lauren’s skills at providing quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintaining those relationships by communicating effectively gives her the expertise to perform her role as Head of our Rental Department.

Lauren has lived on the Mornington Peninsula for over 24 years and enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 3 children. She is also a dedicated cold-water swimmer, swimming early every morning in our beautiful bay.
